At uNotify, we strive to provide high-quality CRM, messaging automation, and WhatsApp Business API services.
This Refund Policy explains when you may be eligible for a refund.

By subscribing to uNotify, you agree to the terms below.

1. General Policy

uNotify operates on a subscription basis.
Because you gain immediate access to digital tools, servers, messaging channels, and API integrations, refunds are limited.

We encourage all users to test our features before purchasing a long-term plan (if a trial/demo is available).

2. Monthly Subscription Plans (Non-Refundable)

All monthly plans are non-refundable once payment has been processed.

This includes:

  • CRM dashboard access
  • WhatsApp API usage
  • SMS/Email credits
  • Automation & campaign tools
  • Hosting and server resources

Even if:

  • You stop using the platform
  • Your WhatsApp number gets banned due to policy violation
  • You mistakenly purchased the plan
  • You did not fully use your subscription
  • You failed to configure your account properly

uNotify is not responsible for misuse or misconfiguration of your account.

3. Annual Subscription Plans

Annual plans may be eligible for partial / prorated refunds under some conditions:

Eligible cases:

  • A major technical issue occurred on our side
  • The service was unavailable for an extended period
  • Billing was duplicated by mistake
  • The user was charged after canceling auto-renewal
  • Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

If approved, we refund the remaining unused months.

Not eligible:

  • Violations of WhatsApp or Meta policies
  • WhatsApp number bans
  • User error or misconfiguration
  • Misuse of messaging features
  • Changing your mind
  • Switching to another provider
  • Issues caused by third-party services (Meta, payment gateway, hosting, telecom etc.)

4. WhatsApp API & Third-Party Charges

WhatsApp Cloud API, SMS, or Email gateway charges are non-refundable, including:

  • Messaging fees
  • Verification fees
  • Templates charges
  • Failed delivery charges
  • Blocking or suspension due to violation

These charges are controlled by third parties, not by uNotify.

5. Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us at:

Include:

  • Your account email
  • Transaction details
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Any supporting evidence

We will review your request within 7–10 business days.

6. Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended
  • All connected WhatsApp numbers and API keys may be disabled
  • We may dispute the claim with full evidence

Repeated fraudulent claims may result in permanent ban.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

After cancellation:

  • You retain access until the end of the billing cycle
  • No refund is issued for the remaining period (monthly plans)

8. Final Decision

uNotify reserves the right to approve or deny any refund request based on:

  • Terms & Conditions
  • Platform usage
  • Violation history
  • Evidence provided
  • Third-party policy implications

Refund decisions are final.
