These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the uNotify CRM platform, website, mobile apps, and related services (“Services”).
By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use uNotify.

2. Eligibility
To use uNotify, you must:

- Agree to comply with all applicable laws (Bangladesh, UK, and your region)
3. Account Registration
When you create an account:
- You must provide valid, accurate information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- You agree to notify us immediately if your account is compromised
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies.
4. Use of the Service
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for illegal activities
- Send spam, abusive, misleading, or unauthorized messages
- Violate WhatsApp, Meta, email, SMS, or telecom regulations
- Upload harmful content (viruses, bots, malware)
- Interfere with platform operations
- Use the service for fraud, impersonation, or harassment
We may suspend or limit your account if we detect misuse.
5. Messaging Compliance (WhatsApp, SMS, Email)
By using our messaging features, you agree to follow:
- WhatsApp Business API policies
- Meta Platform Terms
- Local telecom regulations
- Anti-spam rules
- GDPR & data protection laws
You are fully responsible for:
- The content of your messages
- Contact consent (opt-in)
- Removal of users who opt-out
- Following country-specific messaging rules
uNotify is not responsible for any account bans due to misuse of WhatsApp API or other channels.
6. Data Ownership & Privacy
- You own the data you upload (contacts, messages, files).
- By using our service, you grant us permission to process your data only to provide the service.
- We do not sell user data.
- All data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
7. Payments, Billing & Refunds
7.1 Subscription
- Services are billed monthly or annually.
- Prices may change, but we will inform you in advance.
7.2 Auto Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
7.3 Late or Failed Payments
We may pause or disable your account if payments fail.
7.4 Refund Policy
- We do not offer refunds for monthly subscriptions once the service is activated.
- Annual subscriptions may be eligible for prorated refunds in special cases (fraud, technical failure).
- No refunds for misuse, WhatsApp bans, or policy violations.
8. Service Availability & Changes
We aim for 99% uptime, but:
- We may perform maintenance
- Third-party services (Meta, SMS providers, hosting) may affect uptime
- We may modify or discontinue features anytime
We are not liable for interruptions caused by third-party platforms.
9. Third-Party Integrations
Our service integrates with:
- WhatsApp Cloud API (Meta)
- SMS/Email providers
- Payment gateways
- Hosting & analytics services
These platforms have their own terms and policies.
uNotify is not responsible for third-party issues, downtime, or account actions.
10. Prohibited Content
Users may NOT use uNotify to send:
- Hate speech, threats, or harassment
- Fraudulent or misleading messages
- Pornographic or adult content
- Violence, terrorism, political propaganda (where restricted)
- Illegal financial schemes
- Spam or bulk unsolicited promotions
Violation will lead to immediate account termination.
11. Intellectual Property
- All content, software, and branding of uNotify are our property.
- You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of our platform without permission.
- You retain ownership of your uploaded content.
12. Limitation of Liability
uNotify is not liable for:
- Financial losses
- WhatsApp number bans
- Loss of messages or data due to your actions
- Third-party platform failures
- Service interruptions
- Indirect or consequential damages
Maximum liability is limited to your last 1 month’s subscription fee.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Misuse WhatsApp API
- Conduct illegal activities
- Fail to pay for your subscription
You may stop using the service anytime.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by:
- Laws of Bangladesh
- UK laws & UK GDPR (for UK users)
Any disputes will be handled in accordance with the laws of the region where the company is registered.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally.
Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date.
Continued use of the service means you accept the new Terms.
